Digital Fundraising Unit Head

Willing to work in Muntinlupa City.

The Digital Fundraising Unit Head is responsible to implement a strategic and integrated digital fundraising plan to most effectively generate leads, acquire, convert and retain donors through digital channels.

  • Plan and execute cost-efficient digital fundraising campaigns, conduct analysis, and craft effective
  • fundraising appeals to acquire new donors. This includes all Direct Conversion, Lead Generation and Conversion Campaign of the organization
  • Continuously explore channels from the digital marketing mix, including email, SMS, social media,website, search engine optimization, display ads, re-targeting ads, influencer marketing, and any similar online activities that will ensure the increase in the numbers of new donors of the organization.
  • Provides some administrative support and manages important document filing of FDC team;
  • Provides monthly accomplishment report and submits it to FDC Head
  • Adheres to and upholds the standards and principles of Child Protection Policy and Code of Conduct to ensure the reputation of SOS as a child-care organization and in respect to all persons' fundamental rights.
  • Undertakes any other reasonable task that the FDC Director see fit for the smooth operation of the department

 

  • A graduate of tertiary course (4 year college course), preferably in Communications
  • One to three years of experience working in Marketing and Social Media Management

Data Processing and Analytics Unit Head

Willing to work in Muntinlupa City.

The Data Processing and Analytics Unit Head develops various strategies on data processing, evaluation and analysis needs of the Fund Development and Communications Department, including running and managing the business side of database systems and payment systems of the Department.

The position also ensures to implement data governance and adherence to data privacy laws and business process policies.

  • In coordination with the Fund Development and Communications Director, develop the strategies for data processing, evaluation and analysis needs of the FDC Department.
  • Develop, design, maintain, and optimize all necessary dynamic and static reports and dashboards through business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Coordinate with each fundraising channel and determine appropriate analysis reports for business development.
  • Develop and maintain queries for automated data transformation and data preparation engine.
  • Develop and implement Data Governance and Business Process Manual for the Unit
  • Lead and supervise data migration and fundraising system integrations, if the exigency of the service arises
  • Lead insight analysis and forecasting, which include, among others, the prediction of donor behavior, trends, opportunities, and threats
  • Lead the feasibility and sustainability evaluations of the department’s various data and payment systems and platforms

 

  • Graduate of any business or finance-related course, technology management, or any related field
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Power BI and other Data Modelling platforms
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in SQL and Phyton is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable in Financial Systems and Reporting
  • Extensive professional experience in managing database systems and fundraising apps such as Salesforce and Floodgate, including managing recurring payment systems and processors such as those systems provided by Global Payments, Banco de Oro, Paynamics, etc.

  • At least one (1) year experience in cross-functional leadership role and capacity building

Communications Officer

Willing to work in Muntinlupa City.

The Communications Officer provides Communication and Creative Services in line with developing publications, success stories, and other communication and advocacy products to increase organic visibility in the digital and traditional channels and help strengthen fundraising efforts.

  • Write communication materials and produce photos and videos for all digital and print channels to increase brand awareness.
  • Monitor press activity and identify topics and relevant news stories related to the work of the organization.
  • Proof-read and edit copy for online and offline communications.
  • Manage newsletter and social media, including recording data analytics.
  • Collect and compile consent forms of individuals featured in communication materials.
  • Adhere to and uphold the standards and principles of Child Protection Policy and Code of Conduct.
  • Ensure the reputation of SOS as a childcare organization and respect for all fundamental rights.

 

  • A graduate of tertiary course (4-year college course), preferably in Communication;
  • Knowledge and experience of the not-for-profit sector is desirable but not required;
  • Has the ability for self-management and for planning, organizing, monitoring and involving other people so as to ensure flow of information;
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Computer literate

Youth Development Coordinator

Willing to work in Muntinlupa City.

  • Serves as a focal point responsible for implementing, coordinating, and monitoring the YouthCan! youth employability program.
  • Works closely with the program locations, the corporate relations unit, and YouthCan! National Team to jointly develop the project concept and growth strategy.
  • Ensure youth participation in programme design i.e. baseline assessment, youth needs assessment, annual youth survey.
  • Coordinate preparation of young people and volunteers participating in activities (volunteers e-learning and onboarding of young people using youth friendly materials).
  • In collaboration with national child safeguarding advisor ensure safeguarding processes in connection with YouthCan!.
  • Work directly with the regional and global YouthCan! Team.
  • Administer the YouthLinks Community online platform on a country level: administrating communities, online mentoring programs, managing access of users, as well as monitoring progress.
  • Capacity building of SOS CV co-workers, young people and corporate partners on the use of the YouthLinks Community.
  • Ensure monitoring and evaluation of project activities against the YouthCan! results framework, in line with results-based management.
  • Performs other tasks that may be directed by higher authorities as necessary for the smooth and continuous operations of the department.

 

  • Must hold a bachelor’s degree related to development such as Sociology, Community Development, Project Management Development, ICT4D, or Programme.
  • With at least 2 years of project coordination experience in a related field of cooperation, development, child care organization, youth projects, ICT4D initiatives
  • Prior experience working on youth employability and/or entrepreneurship projects is required, as is cooperating with Project Managers for the delivery of projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other digital software/applications/tools.
  • Knowledge of Monitoring and Evaluation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities (both written and verbal)
  • Strong networking skill and planning skill is an advantage
  • Preferably with experience in designing innovative programme approaches and capacity building.

Family Strengthening Program Coordinator

Willing to work in Muntinlupa City.

The FSP Coordinator provides an effective and efficient technical support in the planning, programming, implementation, and monitoring of family strengthening work including emergency preparedness and response in all programme locations.

  • Leads in the formulation of FSP national operational plan, programme innovations, and policies in line with the regional and federation strategic priorities.
  • Ensures that cross-cutting themes such as child safeguarding, gender, and DRR are effectively integrated throughout programme implementation.
  • Provides technical guidance to FSP Co-Workers through programme location visits and virtual communication.
  • Identifies capacity building requirements of FSP Co-Workers and leads the development of capacity building plans and its implementation.
  • Supports the organizational fundraising and partnership actions by providing technical inputs in the funding submissions and appeals led by the Institutional Partnership Development (IPD) Team.
  • What: Assists in responding disasters or emergency situations in children’s villages, FSP covered communities and other project locations through conduct of initial rapid assessment and emergency program implementation.
  • Assists in the implementation of the emergency preparedness and response programme of the organisation inlcuding proposal-making and report writing; formulating guidelines in emergency management and early warning communication; organising national training for ERP focal persons; providing technical support in the implementation of community-based disaster risk reduction and management activities at programme locations; and deployment in case of emergencies.
  • Represents the organization to relevant external forums to advocate on behalf of the organization for the promotion of the children’s rights especially on the issue linked to the target group and development of FS program in general.

  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant. Non-CPAs are highly encouraged to apply.
  • At least four years of working experience in the same discipline, two years of which in a supervisory capacity.
  • Work experience with children and youth in child development in an international NGO is an advantage.

  • Must be willing to work in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa.
