On September 12, 2025, Shinhan Bank Manila Branch, a major South Korean commercial bank, demonstrated its support for SOS Children’s Villages Pilipinas by donating bed foams, pillows, blankets, and Korean noodles.

Manila, Philippines — On September 8, 2025, SOS Children’s Villages Pilipinas, in partnership with Allianz PNB Life, launched Project SHAPE (SOS Hydroponics – Allianz Partnership for Empowerment) to introduce a hydroponic greenhouse that will provide nutritious food, hands-on learning, and livelihood opportunities for children, youth, families, and retired mothers of SOS Children’s Village Manila.

SOS Pilipinas, Allianz, Scholars of Sustenance Partner to Fight Hunger

Every day, millions of children face hunger while tons of good food go to waste. To address this, SOS Children’s Villages Pilipinas, together with one of its steadfast partners, Allianz PNB Life, joined the Scholars of Sustenance Philippines – SOS Philippines on August 22, 2025 to serve 500 freshly cooked meals to families in a community in Quezon City.
