PLMun, St. Scho Students are 1st Batch of SOS Internship Program in 2017

June 27 2017 : 

June 22, 2017 – This June, SOS Children’s Villages Philippines welcomed the 1st batch of interns for the year 2017. Students from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa (PLMun) and St. Scholastica's College-Manila (SSC-Manila) applied for their slots at the internship program as a requirement of their curriculum.

SOS Turns Over 79 Houses to Families Affected By Typhoon Haiyan in Tacloban

SOS Children’s Villages Philippines turned over 27 houses to the local governments of Tacloban City and 52 more in the municipality of Tanauan on May 11 and 12, 2017, respectively.

Teresa Tuble, or Mama Terrie, was one of the first SOS Mothers at SOS Children’s Village Davao when it opened in 1981. By the time she celebrated her 60th birthday last September, she has had already raised 36 orphaned, abandoned, and neglected Filipino children.
